Class Timetable

We run various classes per day each week and across the weekends. Friday's are therapy appointments only. We  add new classes periodically, so if you don't see anything suitable, please return at a later date if you can't find a suitable class. 
 

The sessions are relaxed, welcoming and extremely effective - it’s great being able to see how much I’m progressing each week. I’ve got an ongoing issue with tight muscles in my lower back and Kerry always incorporates a move or a posture into my sessions that she knows is going to help release some of that tension."
